Application Deadline

Open to juniors and seniors with a 3.0 GPA and a major in engineering or science. Students majoring in science disciplines in CLA and CBS may be admitted if course requirements are available at NTNU. Applications are reviewed until mid-March deadline.

Academics

Design a study program in consultation with a faculty adviser in the College of Science and Engineering. A language course is highly recommended. Instruction in English and Norwegian by Norwegian faculty. You receive transfer credit and typical credit load includes: 24–30 for academic year; 12–15 for fall or spring semester.

After you've chosen a program and identified the courses you want to take, departmental and college advisers can evaluate whether or not the course work can be used toward your major or to meet other requirements. It is important to be somewhat flexible in planning your courses. Sometimes course information isn't immediately available, so you may need to correspond directly with the host university.
