Take classes in engineering and related fields with Chinese students at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), a state-of-the-art university in cutting-edge Hong Kong. HKUST is a US-style institution that teaches in English, educating future scientists and engineers to create the knowledge and advanced technologies that will shape the future, and educating leaders.
Open to juniors and seniors with a 3.0 GPA. Preference will be given to students earning a degree in the College of Science & Engineering. Application deadline mid-March for academic year/fall Semester; mid-October for spring semester. You must apply through the College of Science & Engineering.
Design a program of study in consultation with College of Science & Engineering faculty. Instruction is in English by Chinese faculty. Typical credits: 24–30 for academic year; 12–15 for fall or spring semester.
Program fees include tuition, fees, and international health insurance. Housing, meals, airfare, and personal expenses are additional.
