Lángos is a traditional Hungarian street food. Found at a small shop, this delicious deep-fried flatbread was served with a sour cream sauce, incorporating Mediterranean flavors of olives, pickled peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, and artichokes.

Mercato Centrale is a large food market in the center of Florence where visitors and citizens can go for a quick lunch or coffee break. They also offer so many fresh fruit and vegetable options.

I took this photo at the Mto wa Mbu Market, about half an hour from the SFS Tanzania campus. These are some of the typical foods that people are buying in this region.

It was the last few days of Winterbreak. There happened to be one bed for one night in Zermatt, the town at the base of the Matterhorn. It snowed all night, it was magical. The next day I hiked, and I was rewarded with glimpes of the magnificent peak.

This is a Baird’s tapir (Tapirus bairdii) I photographed in May, standing in the shade deep in the rainforest in Belize. It was a exciting and incredible moment to see such a rare animal in its natural habitat.

I took this photo during my study abroad program in Tanzania with the School for Field Studies. While on a game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater, we came across this herd of elephants foraging among a superbloom of flowers.

After almost 500 stairs and a careful walk along the shore, I found myself standing in the Baltic Sea, looking up at the cliffs of Møns Klint. They rise straight from the water, bright and calm. A view that stays with you long after the climb back up.

This is a photo of Mohamed Aziz. He is 70years old and the oldest bookseller in Morocco. He spends 6-8 hours a day reading and has read over 5000 book.

This video was taken at Killarney national park. The weather conditions that day allowed the lake to reflect the surrounding mountains. This was my favorite view of my time abroad, so much so I went back a second time.

During the study break, I went to Barcelona and Visited Antoni Gaudi's amazing architecture! It's a wonderful experience!

We got to travel on motorbikes through the mountains of vietnam for four days. We stopped at local villages to give donations, as well as enjoy our time trying local food, hiking, and swimming!
