AIF's Clinton Fellowship is an immersive volunteer service program training and placing young professionals to support development organizations in India. Through service and fieldwork, Fellows learn about inclusive leadership in the fields of education, livelihoods, and public health. Fellows support grassroots organizations at a crucial moment of scalability through capacity building and skill sharing
Funded program that trains, supports, and matches Fellows with partner organizations in India for 10-month service projects. AIF provides professional development through workshops and thematic conferences throughout the program. AIF also provides insurance coverage and 24/7 emergency support. All program-related travel, visa support, and international airfare is covered by AIF. Fellows enjoy access to a global network of 450+ Alumni.

Open to U.S. citizens, permanent residents or Indian citizens aged 21-34, with a Bachelor's degree. We encourage candidates from all disciplines to apply. The scope of development work requires a diversity of skill sets, qualifications, and interests. This is reflected in the interdisciplinary Fellowship cohort that AIF selects each year.
