Global Campus Partner Deadlines, Forms & Resources

Deadlines

To provide key administrative functions to support Global Campus Partner programs, the Learning Abroad Center requires detailed academic and financial information. To ensure timely processing, adhere to the following deadlines and plan accordingly:

Winter Break & Spring Semester Programs

October 1:  All program information must be submitted in Concourse.

November 1: All student application acceptance decisions must be completed and communicated to the Learning Abroad Center via Concourse.

November 15: All students must be confirmed. All leaders much complete the Program Leader Travel Registration, which will also enroll you in international travel, health and security insurance. All program leaders are required to have the University's international insurance, the same policy that your students will have while abroad. 

Spring Break Programs

October 1: All program information must be submitted in Concourse.

May & Summer Programs

March 1:  All program information must be submitted in Concourse.

April 1: All student application acceptance decisions must be completed and communicated to the Learning Abroad Center via Concourse.

April 15: All students must be confirmed. Program Process

Log into Concourse to begin entering information about your learning abroad program. 

You will need to enter your contact information, program information (title, term & dates, location, course designator and number), financial information (program fee, departmental account string, department financial contact), and emergency planning information.

A Letter of Understanding (LOU) that outlines the responsibilities of the department and the Learning Abroad Center will be generated based on your program details.

Program Fee Budget Worksheet

Use this optional budget worksheet to determine the program fee based on the anticipated number of student participants. Note that some departments and colleges require this worksheet (or one with similar information) before signing the Letter of Understanding.

Working with On-Site Partners

List of On-Site Partners: Compiled by the Learning Abroad Center. On-site partners provide assistance with program design, administration and in-country logistics (accommodation, local transportation, excursions, etc).
