AC China/Taiwan Chinese Flagship Capstone Year

China >> Nanjing or Taipei

The AC China Flagship Capstone Year program is designed to help students attain near-native proficiency in Mandarin by applying their language and cultural knowledge abroad through direct enrollment classes at a local university and a full- or part-time internship. This is a closed application program and only open to Chinese Flagship students. Contact the University of Minnesota's Chinese Flagship program for more details on eligibility.

Arcadia Australia

This university-based program allows you to take regular classes with Australian students in locations across Australia, fully integrating into Australian cultural and academic life. Check the Arcadia Australia websites for specific eligibility requirements and program features.

The Arcadia programs in the United Kingdom challenge you to look below the surface of daily life, engage purposefully with the landscape and people, and discover the forces and concerns shaping these countries today.

CET Brazil

Brazil >> São Paulo

Explore the hidden treasures of Brazil's diverse and vibrant capital, São Paulo, as you study Portuguese and live with a Brazilian roommate.

CET China

China >> Beijing, Harbin, Kunming, or Shanghai

Focus your studies intensively on Chinese language or study Chinese language and culture while participating in an optional internship in a variety of industries.

CET Colombia

Colombia >> Cali

Study race and identity through the Afro-Colombian lens in Cali, a city with the 2nd biggest population of African descent in South America. Examine the sociopolitical, economic, artistic, and historical representations of race and ethnicity in Colombia.
