Program Structure

IES is an affiliated program. You receive resident credit for the courses you take. Your grades count toward your University of Minnesota GPA and each course appears on your transcript. More information can be found in the Academics Policy.

Coursework

Semester & Academic-Year Programs

Take English-instructed courses at a number of local Dutch institutions, including the University of Amsterdam. Courses are available in fields like art, Dutch society, ethnicity, European society, gender and sexuality, globalization, business, pre-law, and many more. Courses are taught in English by Dutch faculty.
