Program Model

University Study

Application Deadline

Check with the China Center regarding application deadlines. Applications are reviewed by a committee and applicants may also interview with the committee. As there is commonly only one scholarship for University of Minnesota students, this program is competitive and students are encouraged to apply for other options in China in case they are not awarded the scholarship.

Academics

This program works particularly well for students with a Chinese major or minor. It is also great for students looking to greatly increase their Chinese language abilities.
