The Total Program Fee for the Townsville campus reflects the host university’s international tuition rate converted into US dollars (minus a 10% partner school discount), plus the Learning Abroad Center’s APAAC ($1900 one semester / $2900 for Academic Year) and required UMN international health insurance.

Please note that upon acceptance to JCU, in order to obtain the student visa, you will need to pay roughly $400 USD directly to JCU to cover student service fees and their required Overseas Student Health Coverage.

The Total Program Fee for the Cairns campus reflects Arcadia’s posted base program fee, plus the Learning Abroad Center’s APAAC ($1900 one semester / $2900 Academic Year) and required UMN international health insurance, minus the negotiated discount for UMN students ($1000).

Housing costs indicate standard housing fee (Cairns campus only); some housing options carry additional fees.  Check with Arcadia when selecting your housing option for exact cost at Cairns.  Housing not included in Townsville campus program fee.

If you do not see a budget estimate for the term you intend to go abroad, the fee has not yet been finalized. We strive to post fees for this program at least 30 days prior to the application deadline. The Learning Abroad Center will delay the posting of some fees until enrollments, inflation and exchange rates are determined. Please note the average increase in fees will be 3–10%. Program fees are based on estimates and may change depending on international economic factors.
