Be aware: All programs require a $50 application fee. This fee will be charged to your student account upon submission of an online application.
Know the following program information, which you will provide on the online application:

Once you submit your application, you will receive an email notification confirming that your application was received. Submitted applications are assigned an application checklist, which will include the following items:
- Application Essay
- 2 Academic Recommendations
- Terms of Agreement Form
Application Review Process
Your completed application will be reviewed by a Learning Abroad Center selection committee. Finalists may be invited for an interview with the committee. Only one student per year is selected – this program can be competitive. Applicants are advised to have a second-choice program in mind.
After the interviews, one student will be nominated for the exchange and then will be required to complete USFQ's application. The final acceptance decision will be made by USFQ. More information about this process will be sent to the nominated student.
If nominated, you will also be assigned a confirmation checklist, which you will complete to confirm your participation in the program.
If at any point you decide not to continue with the application process, log into the Education Abroad application system and submit a cancellation request.
