Scholarships & Fee Reductions for U of M students

Banner

Students planning to study abroad are encouraged to apply for scholarships early. Most scholarships do not require you to be accepted or even applied to a study abroad program to be eligible to apply for the scholarship.  In addition to specific study abroad scholarships you can also use most general scholarships to fund your study abroad experience. A SACE is rarely required if you only plan to use scholarships to study abroad. If any documentation is required in order to access your scholarship funds an unofficial Budget Estimate usually works.
