University of Minnesota departments sometimes offer their own programs, which can have many benefits for students:

  • Programs are administered by University of Minnesota colleges or academic departments (questions about the program should be directed to the department).
  • Programs are generally led by University of Minnesota faculty.
  • Programs are designed for majors in the sponsoring academic department.
